A. We have seen this first hand. An issue with the iPhone itself and it doesn't happen to every phone. Hold down the Top button and Home button until the unit powers down completely then let go and hit the top button if the Apple logo does not appear.
Q. How long will it take to download these?
A. Between 5-20mins depending on connection and package chosen. Some are smaller than others. You will be given 2 opportunities to download in 24hrs. After that you'll need to contact support.
Q. It's been over 10mins and I still have not received my email link. Should I contact support?
A. Check your junk mail real quick. Sometimes depending on your junk mail settings it may have been sent there. Look for an email from "Simplistik Software, Co."

Q. I have a G3/G4 Mac and Apple states I MUST have USB 2.0 for my iPhone to sync properly. Is there a way around this?
A. YES! Turn off the auto-lock and remove your passcode lock. Apple set the iPhone MTU really low therefore USB 2.0 was pretty much a requirement. But doing these steps will keep the phone from timing out during a sync. You can reset the auto-lock (we recommend that) and add your passcode lock back in after your done. And sadly this needs to happen before each sync. We ran into this problem late in 2007 with an iMac G3 we were syncing with the phone. And this is what we did to resolve it.
